Shipping/Returns and Warranty

Warranty/Returns

All products sold on campermattress.com come with a 1 YEAR FULL Warranty against Manufacturing Defects. We are not responsible for measuring errors on the customers part.

All returned merchandise must come back in "brand new" condition. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging when possible. We are not responsible for product defects that happen during shipping. Dirt, odors, or stains on any item are not acceptable returns. To make a return, you must call (814)266-7378 for assistance in returning the product.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges involved in returning an item.

If a representative from this company makes an error on your order, we are responsible for all shipping and replacement costs.

Privacy Policy

"We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone."

Shipping

Custom Cushions and Foam/Fiber Mattresses though would be considered UPSable. Most custom cushion and Foam/Fiber Mattresses are able to be shipped via UPS due to there size and ease of being folded for packaging. When completing a custom cushion or foam/fiber mattress order you order will not be complete until a customer service person from Page Bedding Company / Page Foam Cushioned Products contacts you to verify shipping charges. We can not automatically figure this at time of check out due to custom cushions and mattresses being different sizes and weights all the time.

Innerspring Mattresses will be considered a Freight Shipment. They are shipped in this manner due to weight or size. Campermattress.com prides itself in providing some of highest quality innerspring replacement bedding in the RV and Camper industry. Our mattresses CAN NOT be rolled for shipping purposes due the them having a full boarder wire as part of there construction. What this means for the customer is a more durable, higher quality mattress.

Freight companies classify residential delivery and commercial delivery differently. Residential deliveries are usually a bit more remote and rural in some cases than commercial deliveries. Please advise us if your item would be shipping to a commercial addresses. We are sorry for any inconvenience in this but we feel in order to sell the best possible product we can not sacrifice our products and roll them, just for slightly cheaper shipping.
When receiving fright shippements you want to make sure your mattress is in good condition before signing any paper work. You must show any damage at the time of delivery or there will be no ability to receive reimbursement for damages caused by the shipping company. Please open and inspect your mattress ass soon as it is delivered. If it is damaged simply refuse shipment and the product will automatically be returned to us and we will quickly ship you another mattress. If find damage after the item has been received there would be significant return charges.

At this time Freight shipments are only available using our online shipping cart for the following states: PA, MD, NY, NJ, DE, WV, and OH. If you live outside this area please contact Page Bedding Company, Page Foam Cushioned Products at 1-800-422-0669 between the hours of 9am-4pm M-F.
